How do I know which size to order?

What is your return policy for footwear?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Boots must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Are your boots water-resistant?
Many of our styles are pre-treated for water resistance. Please check the 'Material & Care' section on the specific product page to see if a pair is waterproof or water-resistant.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your boots sooner.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
